Eligible entrants Entry is only open to South Australian residents who are 18 years old and over. Entry is only open to owner-occupied residents; tenants of the property are unable to enter as prizes are bathroom renovations that must be awarded to owners of a specific property. Entrants may be required to show proof of ownership of property before works can be undertaken.
How to Enter To enter the promotion, the entrant must complete the following steps during the promotional period: visit http://www.bathroomsbydesignsa.com.au and fully complete and submit the online entry form with their personal details (first name, last name, email address, postcode, preferred bathroom renovation and mobile number)
Entries Permitted Entrants may enter one times for each property they are an owner of, provided each entry is submitted separately in accordance with the entry requirements above. There is a limit of one (1) entry permitted per qualifying property * (the registered entrant MUST be displayed as an owner on the certificate of title, or must be a director, beneficiary or the likes of a company that owns the said property). By completing the entry requirements, the entrant will receive one (1) entry. For clarity, entrants must fully fill out the online entry form every time they enter the promotion. More than one (1) prize permitted for SA residents.

Draw Details On Wednesday 15th of January 2025, Bathrooms By Design will electronically draw 21 entrants to be selected for the next stages of draw to win the Major and Minor prizes listed above. Each of the drawn entrants will be contacted by phone & email, Notifying them of their progression through next stages of competition, All 21 next state entrants will be invited to attend the Bathrooms By Design West Lakes Showroom (4/26 Circuit Drive, Hendon) Launch on Thursday 30th January 2025 where all entrants that are present in person will go into the major prize for the $30,000 bathroom renovation prize (Major Prize listed above). If the finalist or proxy is not at the event, a representative of the promotor will attend on their behalf. All entrants on the evening who attend will win a $1000 Showroom Voucher which can be used to redeem products at any one of the three (3) Bathrooms by design showrooms.
Prize Conditions All 21 entrants that progress to the major draw “launch night” will be invited to attend in person or nominate a person over the age of 18 to attend on their behalf to be in the running for the $30,000 Major prize. If the finalist or proxy is not at the event, a representative of the promotor will attend on their behalf. The first entry drawn will win the $30K major prize and the remaining 20 entrants will win the minor prize. where they will receive a $1000 showroom voucher, which can be redeemed on the product once the entrant spends a minimum of $10,000 with bathrooms by design (this spend of $10,000 does not have to occur on the night and this discount voucher is redeemable for a further twelve (12) months after launch event. Any further discount or showroom credit given will be at the owner’s (bathrooms by design managing director) discretion during contract negotiations. Winner of the Major Prize $30,000 bathroom renovation will be expected to allow Bathrooms by Design to take marketing and advertising footage of their renovated bathrooms, before and afters. All footage/filming will be negotiated to be captured at a time suitable with the winner. The major prize winner must not live further than a 250km radius within a 250km radius of GPO Adelaide 5000; if the winner does live further than 250km radium from GPO Adelaide, 5000, further travel costs may apply when redeeming the prize. Major Prize of $30,000 bathroom renovation consists of $15,000 in products and $15,000 in labour, all supplied through Bathrooms by Design ABN 99 666 006 953 and Designatile ABN 50 605 081 767
Notification of Winners progressing to Major Prize Draw (Launch Night) Winners will be notified by phone & email on Wednesday 15th January 2025. Final Draw winners will be notified in person on launch night at West Lakes Showroom (4/26 Circuit Drive, Hendon), any further notification will happen by phone and in email no less than 72 hours after event night on Friday 31st of Jan 2025
Clamming Prizes All winners have twelve (12) months from the draw date to claim the prize by responding to the email notification. Where a winner does not claim the prize within the twelve (12) months the prize will be foregone.
Publication of Winners The last name, first initial and postcode, of each winner will be published at 35 Sherriffs Road Lonsdale SA 5160 & http://www.bathroomsbydesignsa.com.au within 30 days of the draw date for a period of 30 days.
Unclaimed Prizes Invitation prizes (to progress through to major prize drawn at “launch night”) must be claimed by 29/01/2025 at 12:00pm ACDT. In the event of an unclaimed prize, the prize will be redrawn on 29/01/2025 at the same address of the original draw at 2pm. Winners will be notified by phone & email on the day of redraw date. The last name, first initial and postcode of each winner will be published at http://www.bathroomsbydesignsa.com.au within 72 hours of re draw.
Cancellation If for any reason any aspect of this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of computer virus, communications network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion and invalidate any affected entries, or suspend or modify a prize, subject to State or Territory regulation
